Within the scope of the letter of the Investor Compensation Center (ICC) dated 03.06.2026 and numbered E-12659767-110.05-12795;

As is known, the Investor Compensation Center (ICC) makes refunds/payments to rightful beneficiaries within the framework of the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to Investors by the Investor Compensation Center Following the Partial Annulment of Paragraph Four of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, dated 07.09.2016 (the “Regulation”), in respect of company shares and mutual fund participation units whose ownership was transferred to the Investor Compensation Center due to their failure to be dematerialized within the prescribed period.

The deadline for rightful beneficiaries to apply to the Investor Compensation Center with the required documents under the Regulation is September 6, 2026.
